"Do to others as you would have them do to you."

Luke 6:31  NRSV

Never lead a horse by holding onto or pulling on the noseband section above the fiador knot.  It is best to use a lead rope with a rope halter, but when leading without one, always grasp the whole fiador knot or the loops below the knot.

Labeling Options for Halters

Shrink tube labels to personalize your halter with your name, your horse's name or your business name

Regular Rope Halters

Basic rope halters, sometimes called "2 knot" halters

Also includes Halters with Chain Braid Nosebands with an interwoven strand of rope across the top of the noseband

Extra Knots Rope Halters

Rope halters with 2 additional knots tied into the top of the noseband, sometimes called "4 knot" halters

If you need more information on the rope or custom trim,  please visit the "About --" pages found on the left side menu. Also, please visit the Measuring Guide & Size Chart page to learn how to measure your horse for a custom halter or to see what standard size will fit best.

Please call or email if you have any questions.

Bosalter Rope Halters

Side Pull Rope Halters - a type of bitless bridle riding halter

Rope halters with rings tied into the nose knots where reins can be connected, plus an adjustable chin strap to keep the noseband in place

NEVER LEAVE A ROPE HALTER ON A HORSE THAT IS UNATTENDED.

DO NOT TURN OUT A HORSE WEARING A ROPE HALTER.

THEY ARE VIRTUALLY UNBREAKABLE SO IF YOUR HORSE GETS CAUGHT ON SOMETHING, SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH COULD RESULT.

Never attach lead ropes or reins to just one of the halter loops as this could destroy the fiador knot.

Custom Trim Options for Halters

Along with the noseband braiding, you can add knots and braided trim to the cheek pieces and order a braided button on the tie end.
