I make all my products right here in Byron, Illinois. My products are "made in the USA" with  "made in the USA" rope. (I do still have some rope - on clearance now - that was manufactured in Canada.) I have no employees and while my husband helps with various things, I am the only one who ties the halters, splices the reins and lead ropes, braids the trim and fancy knots, and comes up with the ideas for making new products. This ensures that your equipment has been made and inspected by me and has passed the highest standards – mine! This also means that you may have to wait a little longer for your order than if you purchase mass produced items. Please let me know if you need something by a specific date and I will get it to you by then if at all possible.  (Normal turn-around time:  regular items - about a week if I don't have it in stock;  custom orders - about 2-3 weeks.  This could be shorter or longer depending on time of year, number of orders from an expo, timing of orders from trainers, etc.)

Since most of my business is custom orders, I have decided not to set up a shopping cart at this time. I have too many products with too many options - it would be a full time job to get everything entered and then maintain it. That would leave me with no time to actually make my products! And I usually need to talk with my customers by phone or email anyway to ask/answer questions and make sure I know exactly what they want. A word about pricing:  The rope market is very volatile right now.  China controls the yarn market - the raw materials used to manufacture all kinds of rope - so they can charge whatever they want.  Polyester is also a petroleum based product so when the price of oil goes up, so does the price of rope.  My supplier has had major increases in their yarn costs lately, thus rope prices have gone up.  My halters, sidepulls, etc. are priced a bit higher now but I have been able to hold the line on most of my other products for the time being.

The prices listed on the various products pages should be valid until Dec. 31, 2011.  After that, call or email for current pricing.

I set my prices as low as I can so I don't normally have "sales" but I do offer a Matching Tack Special - buy or order 4 pieces of matching tack and receive 10% off the set!  (Items under $10 do not qualify for the special.)  I also offer a 5% discount on orders of $100 or more.

Payment options: credit card over the phone, Paypal via email (you do not have to have an account to go through Paypal), personal check or money order through regular mail.
