Purchase of products implies
acceptance of the following terms and policies:
Sales Tax: By law
I am required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to
Illinois addresses. Tax rate is 6.25%. Tax is not charged on
shipping.
Payment Options: I
accept credit cards by phone, Paypal by email, money orders and checks.
(You do not already have to have an account to use Paypal.)
Orders will be shipped after payments are received and checks
have cleared.
Shipping: I ship
by USPS Priority Mail. I charge actual shipping costs
determined by the Post Office based on weight and destination.
After I deliver the package to the Post Office, it becomes
the buyer’s responsibility and I am not liable for any loss
or damage during transit. For your protection, I would
recommend adding insurance, especially on large orders.
Handling: Since I
charge only the actual shipping cost, a small handling fee of
$2.00 is added to all orders to help defray some of the costs
I incur during processing, packaging and shipping of your
order.
Guarantee:
If any product is unsatisfactory in quality or workmanship, it
may be returned for a full refund. Item must be in new,
clean, unused condition. If item is not in new,
clean, unused condition, the refund amount may be
reduced. If, after normal use, you are not satisfied
with any item, please contact me to discuss
options. I do not guarantee snaps or any hardware
against breakage. (In fact, in some instances, it is
preferable that the snap/ring does break to avoid injury to
the animal.)
Note: Whipping or tacking of
halter loops (where you attach the lead or reins) is not
intended to be permanent. This serves only to keep the
loops together so it will be easier for you to feed the rope
through the fiador knot evenly should any adjustments
be necessary when you receive your new halter. (In other
words, this will help you make adjustments without destroying
your halter.) It also is a reminder to always keep the
loops together – never attach lead ropes or reins to just
one of the loops.
